How we work
How Anemesh Sharma runs pay-per-show sales calls
Anemesh Sharma, founder of ProPlus Agency, books sales calls for marketing agencies on a pay-per-show basis. Pricing is tied to prospects who actually turn up to the call. This page explains what that means and how the process runs, from the first text to the call itself.

What is pay-per-show?
Pay-per-show means pricing is tied to each prospect who attends a booked sales call, rather than to a spreadsheet of leads or to appointments that never happen.
Agencies often buy lead generation per lead or per booked appointment. Both leave a gap between what the agency pays for and what it actually wants, which is a qualified business owner on a call. Pricing per show closes that gap. A booking that does not show is not billed as a show.
Who it is for
ProPlus Agency mainly works with marketing agencies that sell to contractors and other home-service businesses. The prospects ProPlus books are the business owners the agency wants to sell to, and the calls are the agency's own sales calls.
The process, step by step
- SMS outreach. ProPlus texts business owners in the niche the agency sells to.
- A prospect replies with interest. Only positive replies move forward.
- A setter calls them. A human setter phones the interested prospect and qualifies them.
- The setter books the call. The prospect is booked onto the agency's sales calendar.
- Reminders go out before the call. The prospect gets reminders ahead of the booked time.
- The prospect shows. The agency runs its sales call. Shows are what the pricing is based on.
The follow-up rules
Follow-up is kept narrow on purpose:
- People who did not reply to the first text are not chased with more texts.
- Follow-up is only for people who replied with interest but did not pick up when the setter called. They get another text and another call until they are reached, and then they either book or decline.
- Anyone who asks to stop getting texts is taken off the list.
The point is to spend effort on people who have already said they are interested, not to keep pushing on people who have not.
Why tie pricing to shows?
It keeps ProPlus and the agency measuring the same number. A reply rate or a booking count can look good while the sales calendar stays empty. A show cannot. Tying pricing to shows also gives ProPlus a reason to care about every step before the call: who gets texted, how fast the setter calls, and whether the reminders go out.
