Pay-per-show appointment setting: frequently asked questions

ProPlus Agency books qualified sales calls for marketing agencies on a pay-per-show basis. We text business owners, our setter qualifies and books the ones who reply, and you pay only when a qualified prospect joins your call. Below are straight answers to the questions agency owners ask most.

Pricing

How much does ProPlus cost?

$1,200 one-time setup, $10 for each day outreach runs, and a per-show fee agreed on the discovery call and locked in writing. No retainer. Details on pricing.

Is there a monthly retainer?

No. The only fixed cost after setup is $10 a day while outreach runs, about $300 for a full month.

How much is the per-show fee?

We agree it with you on the discovery call and put it in your agreement. It is locked for as long as the agreement runs.

When am I charged?

Setup at signing. Then weekly, for the previous week: outreach days plus qualified shows whose 72-hour flag window has closed. You get an itemised statement before each charge.

Is the setup fee refundable?

It covers your lists, scripts and booking setup, and is not refunded once outreach has started.

Process

How does it work, step by step?

We build your prospect list and scripts, you approve the messages, we text business owners daily, our setter calls everyone who replies with interest, qualifies them and books them on your calendar with reminders. You run the call.

Who is the setter?

A trained human setter on the ProPlus team. Not an AI bot. They call people who reply, ask your qualifying questions and book the ones who fit.

Do I need to do anything once it starts?

Keep your calendar up to date, turn up to the calls, and tell us how each call went so we can improve targeting and messaging.

Do you write the messages?

Yes. We write the texts and the setter's script around your offer. You approve them before anything goes out, and we only say what you have approved.

Who runs the sales call?

You or your closer. We book the meeting and send reminders; you do the selling.

Shows and qualification

What counts as a qualified show?

A prospect who told us they are interested in your service, spoke with our setter by phone or two-way text before the meeting, and joins the scheduled call. All three.

What if a prospect does not show up?

Nothing is billed. If they rebook and show later, that show is billed once.

What if a show was not really qualified?

Tell us by text or email within 72 hours of the call. We check the setter conversation, and if it does not qualify it comes off the bill.

Do you guarantee a number of shows?

No. Results depend on your market, offer and how you run calls. That is why you pay per qualified show instead of paying for effort.

Compliance

Is texting business owners legal?

We follow the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and other US rules for calls and texts. We only contact people between 8am and 9pm in their local time and keep a do-not-contact list.

What happens when someone says stop?

They are not contacted again, and they go on the do-not-contact list.

Who is responsible for claims about my service?

You are responsible for your offer, pricing and product claims being accurate. We only use messaging you have approved.

Contract and data

Is there a minimum term?

No. It runs month to month. Either side can pause or stop by text or email; outreach stops by the end of the next business day.

What happens to calls booked before I stop?

Calls that take place within 14 days of the end date are still billed if they are qualified shows, or you can cancel them and pay nothing.

Who owns the leads?

You own your prospects' contact details and the conversation notes we pass on, and can ask for a full export at any time.

Do you sell or share my prospects' data?

No. We use it only to run your campaign and keep only what we need to honour opt-outs and legal record-keeping.
